IHS Development Corporation is a 501c3 non-profit community centered organization, incorporated in the State of New Jersey on March 9, 2004.
IHS Development Corporation was founded to provide services that would enhance the quality of life for the residents of the community. The organization was founded by Cynthia DeSouza, a long community service provider and advocate. She realized that it was necessary to move from an individual effort to a structured and collaborative venture to provide services on a larger scale. The desire to serve is rooted in her active involvement in the outreach ministries of Peoples Missionary Baptist Church since her youth.
